Mediation Northern Ireland facilitated a 2 day training course for the Senior Team at MindWise entitled 'Handling Life's Conflicts - an Introduction to Mediation'. This was an excellent training experience for the whole team, Sean and Lorraine brought a wealth of expertise and experience to the course which helped us to recognize where conflict comes from and how that impacts how we deal with conflict. We were introduced to very practical tools to help us manage conflict; our skills were developed and we gained valuable insight into dealing with conflict more effectively. Due to the expert facilitation this course also helped us develop as a team and was also good fun!
