We are on the lookout for a Business Marketing and Administrative Executive to join our innovative Mediation development organisation and social enterprise in Belfast.
This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with our senior management team, particularly the Business Development Director, in shaping and executing our social media and marketing strategies. If you thrive on creating engaging content, building brand awareness, and expanding the reach of impactful training programmes, we want you on our team!
What We Offer:
- Competitive salary of £25,584.
- Full-time, 12 months in the first instance
- Holiday entitlement of 25 days per year + 10 Statutory days
- Company pension contribution of 5%
- Mon – Fri 9am-5pm (flexible working hours are available if required)
- Opportunity for hybrid working, with the potential to be in the office 3-4 days a week and working from home 1-2 days. (5 days in office available if preferred)

Working alongside our Business Development Director, you will be responsible for the day-to-day execution of various Social Media, Email, Advertising, PR, Content, and SEO tasks, while also collaborating with various departments to support their needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Craft, manage, and share captivating social media content across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Conduct competitor analysis and leverage metrics and trends to refine and enhance social media strategies.
- Develop a compelling brand identity, increase follower engagement, and expand our brand’s reach.
- Collaborate with the Marketing department to align and support social media and marketing strategies.
- Respond to enquiries promptly and professionally, both in person, online, and over the phone.
- Tackle regular and ad hoc tasks, understanding and addressing company needs efficiently.
- Facilitate seamless inter-departmental communication and maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation.
- Execute routine clerical and administrative tasks, ensuring the precision and availability of documents.
Requirements:
- Minimum of two years’ experience in social media and/or marketing, with a strong passion for social growth and engagement.
- Prior experience with CRM systems.
- Proven B2B or B2C experience across multi-channel digital platforms.
- Graphic design skills.
- Proficiency with Meta Business Suite and LinkedIn Campaigns.
- Up-to-date knowledge of trends on social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Highly commercial-minded, organised, and adaptable, with excellent prioritisation skills.
- Self-motivated with a sharp attention to detail.
- Reliable and driven to exceed expectations.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong proficiency in IT, MS Office incl Word, PowerPoint & Excel, social media, WordPress and marketing tools.
